By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 450 of the Revised Statutes, as amended (43 U.S.C. 8), the following-named employees of the General Land Office, Department of the Interior, are hereby designated to sign my name to land patents:

Mrs. Ruth W. Talley, Principal.

Mrs. Alice M. Grove, Alternate.
